Who is responsible
This website is run by Emma Vickman, Sweden. If you have questions about your data, write to vickmanemma@gmail.com or message @emmavickman on Instagram.
No cookies, no forms
This site sets no cookies and has no contact forms, newsletter or user accounts. If you choose the dark theme, that choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare's servers briefly process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to show the website and to protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU, based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It uses no cookies, does not track you across websites and does not create a profile of you. We only see totals such as page views, countries and device types.
Fonts
All fonts are stored on this website. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service.
Links to other sites
The site links to Instagram, Strava, email and the websites of my partners. When you click such a link, the other site's own privacy policy applies.
If you email me, I use your message and address only to reply to you, and I do not share them with anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just write to the email address above. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
